Brianna Sugimoto, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant. She attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree while working as an EMT in the Los Angeles area. She is a California native who went to Campbell University in North Carolina where she obtained her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Practice. While training on clinical rotations, Brianna chose electives in orthopedics as well as neurosurgery where she evaluated, treated and assisted on numerous spinal and neurological surgical cases. Brianna focuses her patient care around a principle that was taught to her in PA school, “It’s all about the patient”. She now applies that principle to how she practices medicine at Achieve Brain and Spine by providing patient-focused, individualized and dedicated care to all of her patients.

We are starting elective surgery with resumption of strict adherence to patient safety.

Patients will be tested for infection prior to surgery for their and the safety of hospital staff.

We have already been taking care of all emergency procedures and helping ICU physicians. With this experience, we are well versed on science based safety practices for covid and non-covid infected patients.

Every attempt to safeguard that Neurosurgical and Spine Surgery can be done in this fast changing “new normal” time will be made so that those suffering in pain and neurological impairment can get the attention they have been putting off.
